CAMPING REGISTRATION

RV PARK RULES

Ø  All fees must be paid in advance.

Ø  Jefferson County RV Park is dedicated to recreational use and is not intended to be used as a residential site.  Anyone wishing to stay more than two weeks must have the permission of the Buildings & Grounds Department director.

Ø  No more than two vehicles per campsite.

Ø  5-mph speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the RV Park and Fairgrounds.

Ø  Mutilation or removal of any park property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Ø  All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette/cigar butts.

Ø  Outdoor fires must be restricted to portable stoves or barbecues. No fire shall be left unattended.

Ø  No concessions or sales may be operated in the Park area.

Ø  Refuse may be left only in containers put out for that purpose.

Ø  Pets in the Park area must be confined in vehicles. A leash must be used when pets are being exercised.  Pets are not to be left unattended when outside.

Ø  Waste from pets must be cleaned up and properly disposed of.

Ø  Horses are not permitted in Park area.

Ø  Children should be supervised at all times for their own protection.

Ø  Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Ø  Group gatherings should be kept to a minimum, so as not to annoy neighbors.

Ø  Oregon O.A.R. 33-29-080 requiring all sewer hook-ups to be airtight and restrained with an attachment (i.e. clamp, elbow) will be strictly enforced.

Ø  Park employees are authorized to enforce the above rules.  Violations are punishable as misdemeanors under O.R.S. 276.350 and O.R.S. 275.990.
