* Any damage to the facility will be charged at the cost of the repair and labor fees
***** All buildings and grounds, etc., rentals required a signed contract, and a deposit. The deposit will be refunded by the Fair Coordinator only if the grounds and buildings, etc., are left clean and in good repair, and have been approved by the Groundskeeper or the Fair Coordinator. Also, liability insurance is required with all contracts.
***** Non-profit organizations are defined as a registered and certified with the State, organizations that do not make a profit, i.e.: 4-H clubs. Profit-making organizations are defined as any individual or group, who is collecting money with their event or activity.
***** Events having live entertainment and/or alcohol will be required to have 6 security officers.
***** Insurance limits - Lessee shall show proof of liability insurance (with Jefferson County Fair Complex listed as the additional insured, located at 430 SW Fairgrounds Road, Madras, OR 97741) in the amount of $1,000,000 if alcohol is being served. If being catered then caterer shall show proof of liability insurance with JCFC being listed as an additional insured and a copy of license. Otherwise the Lessee shall show proof of liability insurance in the amount of $500,000 for all other events held at the Fairgrounds.
